Hi all.

A forum member was kind enough to donate these disks to me so I am willing to do the same.

You will need to obtain an activation code from BMW or another source at at a cost in order to use these disks. There is a comprehensive thread about this in the tech forum.

First person to ASK IN THIS THREAD gets them, on the condition that once you have used them you also post them on to someone else. I'm not gonna charge you postage either, let's just try help each other out a bit here!

Would this work on a 2006 E64 6 Series?

Im also assuming that once its installed you no longer need the disc, hence can pass these down the chain?

Not sure on the 6 series situation.

Correct about the disks - once installed you don't need them.

what is CIC and how can you tell it apart from the other variation?

i would like them please as my cic nav is ready to install now the emulator has arrived.
I will also post on free of charge to the next person thats asks when my system is installed as im ordering the fsc codes from sierra guy.

CiC is the hard drive based Nav iirc......could be wrong lol

FYI chaps the code costs 50 euros from a well known email address.

The DVD's are dual layer, which makes them a ball ache to reproduce, hence why I'd like to share this set as far as possible.
