Here is a prototype of Vibrant's upcoming exhaust. This is just a rough mockup of the angles etc.

There will be a proper protoype done within a few weeks, and a before and after dyno run as well to see what kind of numbers it will produce.

Dino @ Vibrant said that it would make no sense to make a full back exhaust, as the catalytic convertors on these BMW's stock are more high flow then most aftermarket high flow cats, so that was left on. A Y pipe is made from the 2 1/4" pipes to a single 3" all the way through a resonator and into a muffler.

The exhaust note apparantly sounds very good, and not very loud at all.

I will let you guys know when the full exhaust is done, what the price will be and when it will be available on the market. It will come with 3 choices of tips.
