They are dreadful - take at least week to deliver anything.

Prefer using Collectplus myself. Good price, usually deliver within 48 hours and never had a problem with them so far.

Thanks OP. i use hermes all the time and never had any problems. I'll give the code a go, if it works for me then thats a bonus. But dont be put off by some bad instances as they exist with all firms, its how they deal with it that counts. I researched this lots before settling for Hermes as Royal Mail still sign my name for my parcels and Hermes dont.

I also use myhermes all the time (through parcel2go) and never had an issue either. Always comes up the cheapest as well
