i'm talking with a supplier, may be able to get a deal on clear headlights [believe they are oem, not cheap replica, will double check tho].

also considering a trade w/someone if they want to get rid of the amber, maybe i can give them some money for their amber ones, where out of pocket, they'll maybe only spend $8-900 instead of $1600. on ebay. this is for clear adaptive style housings.
