335is or 535mport
I am torn. I know these are two totally different cars, but I am torn between which one to get.
I have a 335is on order. It comes in in 3-4 weeks, which means I will have to rent a car until it arrives. Or I can get a new loaded 535i Msport, Nav eveything for a 24 month lease for only 636.00 a month tax in sign and drive not a dime out of pocket 10k miles. The 335is 669 for 39 months. I have always had coupes, my only concern is trying to get out of my 335is in a year or so when the new 4 coupe comes out that I want. I am sure I could have someone easily assume the lease on my 535 for that price. Not sure which direction to go. |

i own an 11 335i coupe, and over this winter break I have been driving a 535i xDrive M-Sport....and im in love with it. Completely different cars, but at this point, the E92 is becoming outdated. Get the F10, you'll love it. But, if you are looking for the old BMW driving experience, you might be let down as the steering in the 535i is not as crisp as the E92. But, you can get a 535 xDrive, which has hydraulic steering instead of the electric steering on the 535i...helps a little.

The 5 series is a great looking car but it's a little big for my taste. I'd go IS

I just prefer the MT and was hoping this could be a fun alternative to it, especially with the dallas traffic.... It is smooth, fast, precise, boring and nothing like the MT.... If you like the MT, get the MT! |

If I get the 335is, I am def getting the MT. I just don't keep cars very long and know there is a new coupe on the horizon and could get a sick deal on a short term lease on a 5, I also realize the 335is is not your ordinary 3 series coup and we may never see the N54 motor again. |

Therefore, the lease is way to go with you... Go for the MT. I drove the F10 MT (2.0d) in europe and it was great... |

My car is a 6MT, and I think the 8spd auto is pretty fantastic...

The two cars can't be anymore different.
Big vs. small Quiet cruiser vs. loud canyon carver 4100lbs vs 3600lbs? I use to have a modded up 335Msport 6MT and now a 535xi Msport SAT. Two very very different cars for different purposes. It comes down to what you need/want from a car. My F10 handles decently well for that size car but make no mistake you aren't going to win any auto crossing events with it no matter what you do to it. If comfort, size and refinement is your thing then choose the F10. If you want something very sporty, nimble and fun to drive then go with the IS. Alan

I would get f32 after your 39 month lease on 335is is over. That way you get 2nd or 3rd year model f32 which will have many things fixed by then.
I would not want to get first model year car from any manufacturer.

^^ trust me compared to the F10 the 335is is a canyon carver in comparison.

How about a lease on 335i M-Sport Performance Edition for 23 months, sub-$600/a month w/ less than 10,000 miles?
Best of both! http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=777784 |
