As stated above, will m3 side view mirrors from a 2008 e90 m3 fit an lci e90?

yes. pre and post LCI M3 mirrors are the same.

The mounting plates may be the same, the wiring should be too. Can't be too sure and the LCI e90 mirrors actually give more visibility over pre LCI and M3.

And make sure you get E90 M3 mirrors, not E92/93 M3 mirrors.
