e93 Window Trim

I have an 09 e93 335ci. Is it possible to remove the chrome window trim by hand or with small tools? I found a link showing an e90 sedan trim being removed however am unsure if the e93's chrome window trim can be removed?

Someone please help this is driving me nuts.

Why not just get it vinyled, or painted?
A hell of a lot less painful, no?
I got mine vinyled at Auto Couture motoring in Fair lawn New Jersey and it looks great.

How much did it run you? I can vinyl it myself is what I am thinking. I have worked with vinyl before.

I can't remember, I think somewhere in the neighborhood of 400. Still looks as good as the day they put it on (6 months ago.)

I just ordered some of that trimbrite blackout tape for my window trim

We'll see how it goes. If it doesn't come out looking good then I'll just drop my car off at a shop like Dark Knight suggested.

I'm sure they are removable I think its probably more trouble than its worth though.

The stuff is pretty cheap so if it doesn't work out. No huge loss

That's a great idea man! Post pics when done. I often wish I went with gloss black vinyl (I originally had matte black grilles.)
I'll just wait until it gets ratty and do it in gloss like my old shadowline trim.
