I no longer need this, since the car is sold. Was on my e90 330i for 6 months, than sat in the garage another 6. Bought it new from BavAuto, here is the product number. Please make sure it fits your car before ordering... Filter is in good shape, comes with oiling kit and installation instuctions.. It sounds really good, not much in low end, noticeable top end improvement..

BTT it is in real good shape... All that dust is from sitting in the garage. I do have both ends of the intake plugged in to ensure that nothing gets inside..
