Well, due to some spectacularly bad planning on my part, helped along by coincidence and circumstance, my winter tyres haven't left the shed this winter.

I've had to be careful, and had a couple of hairy moments but managed to get everywhere I needed to without any real drama... on my well worn summers.

Next year, I will get my arse in gear and get them fitted in time!

Got 4 x Dunlop SP Winter Sports on 16 inch Steel Rims with Covers, Stratstone Derby doing a deal £680 + £72 for the covers + £50 Next day Courier. Result and I think they look good.

Will run them until March and BMW look after the wheels (either set) until October.

An investment and a result in my book!

Are those the M3 run flats? If so that is a very good price as they are £1002 on BMW UK website. Good tyre and good size for the E90, got me going in very dodgy conditions this winter.

Yep, SP Winter Sport M3, found then on Stratstone Derby EBay shop, they still have 2 sets...
