Installed JB4 - No steering controls?? Help - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Just finished installing a JB4 on my N54 E90 and I tried using the steering controls. The window pane illuminates orange but I can't see any writing. Are you supposed to have writing there? ie Map 1, etc. did I do something wrong?

no writing. You need to use the volume and track controls on the steering wheel to toggle through gauges..

Thanks for the quick response! I would have searched but I'm on my phone and can't figure out how with the app. Controls work fine though I just thought there would be writing on there.. So we just use the chart posted around here to know what we are actually setting with the speed and tach?
