Passenger Side Mirror Won't Angle In. Any ideas?

I get full range of motion up, down, and out. It also angles down properly when in reverse although it does not angle down in a smooth motion (kinda jerky). Drivers mirror works perfect. Anybody have this issue before or know what I could check? Thanks
Also this is a 2006 325i

Many members have had issues with the motors/electronics for the mirrors. Yours may need replacing. I recently read about somebody here that disassembled the mirror and performed some successful maintenance on it. Possibly cleaning and lubricating any moving parts, and inspecting/cleaning any electronic parts may help.
