FBO/93 Octane Dyno Video/Graphs/Logs. Advice Welcome!

Note: .csv's are available @ http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showth...447#post245447

Hey Everyone!

Finally got a chance to hit the dyno and see what I'm making. I don't have baseline dyno's unfortunately but I think there's still valuable information to be had here. I'd really appreciate any input anyone has on my logs and graphs as I'm still fairly new at this whole process and I want to make sure my car is running to it's full potential. Anyways, on to the important stuff...

Car Info:
2007 335i 6MT
74k Miles
Bone stock cat back exhaust
Clean Intake Valves (<1000 miles ago)
Spark Plugs are.... old.... (need to replace them as they have AT LEAST 14k on them, most likely more)
100% Shell V-Power 93 octane

Mod Info:
JB4 G5 ISO with CPS wires (15C Firmware)
Map 5 (should be well adapted as I've been on it for a few weeks straight)
BMS DCI
AA 3" Downpipes
AA 'Sport' Intercooler
Stett CP
Forge DV's
BMS Oil Catch Can

Dyno Info:
Dynojet... something...
~68F outside
Humidity... ?
Near as makes no difference Sea Level
Did 5 runs... cooldown times as follows (car idling with MaxCool enabled):
1-2: 3 min
2-3: 7 min
3-4: 11 min
4-5: 14 min

My last two runs looked the strongest (maybe Map 5 adapting even better?) so I'm posting the info on those two. The first 3 runs were around 360hp/390tq, although I also have a graph with those runs on it and I have a log for each of the 5 runs (with .csv) for those interested.

Question #1: Both of these logs show an odd drop in ignition advance around 6000-6200 rpm. Is this something to be concerned about?

Question #2: How do my 'trims' look. I'm not sure what's exactly 'normal' or 'good'. I have a burning desire to start running E85 and I'd just like confirmation that everything looks good before I start down that road.

Thanks in advance everyone!

Run 4/5 .csv attatched

Fun Bonus Fact: I got my Wavetrac installed as well today (complete FDU from HP Autowerks). This thing pulls great now. No more rear end drama. No more 'mind of it's own', the rear just does what it should/you'd expect it to. Quite possibly my favorite mod!

Awesome numbers on the new G5 ISO - I'm sure if you throw E85 into the mix you can expect a good 12% power increase tuned right.

I almost wish I had dynoed prior to reverting back to stock from FBO.

I made 324whp/358trq on JB4 march firmware with only tune/intake. All else stock and using 91 octane.

Great job! Enjoy the new power!!

Thank you! Those sound like good numbers for just tune/dci and 91. Congrats!

Looks good. Now throw a few gallons of e85 in there and you'll see another boost or two

I'm only maxing at around 15psi, pretty much what I expected.

Nice, that's about what I made on FFTEC's Mustang dyno with pump and meth. Now you just need a little e85!!! I pulled again before Shift S3ctor and went from 365 whp to 433 whp on just e85 and meth. Good luck.
