Its brand new never been used. Come with everything required to install.
FYI, the intake can work with K&N filter if desired (same as Gruppe M intake)

Do you have any video clips of the sound? I've always wanted one and looked all over for a sound clip, but unable to find anything. I had a Stett CAI and did like the sound when rolling into the throttle. Is the whine more pronounced with this intake?
