You already own the license...fix your notebook, and use it.

My notebook did not come with a Windows cd

. Notebook don't reboot or respond to F8, it making a non stop beeping noise when ever you press any keys

. I have back up on cd and ready to install a new OS. Thanks

Might be more than just reinstalling windows if you cant get to the f8 menus but if u still need it i can send u a oem disk and u can use the product key u have
