Just secured my new house in reston. Any good European shops, cars and coffee meets, any BMW related stuff goin on?

Bump for interest... I'm in Sterling but haven't had a Bimmer since the 90's... I live almost walking distance from Mach V

Katie's is fairly close. Try to get there by 6am on busy days though.

Welcome to Reston! I live off of South Lakes Dr. About, a 1 min drive from the Town Center. We have a weekly Thursday night meet in Fairfax towne center, which is a 5-8 min drive from Reston. Check your PM Inbox.

The Katie's thing... looks like I would be kind of out of place in a stock 335i with winter tires on it... or is it not like that? (Love driving down Georgetown Pike though and Great Falls is very close to me)

yeah, but so is my modded 335i...it's all relative. Park in the back with the other Toyotas (BMWs) and it will be all good.

+1. As long as your a car enthusiast and an all-around good guy, you won't be out of place.

That said, I wouldn't try to squeeze my car I between the ferrarris. I usually show up late and take a spot alongside whatever other cars are of somewhat similar "exoticness" to my own. Last time, I was right next two three older svt mustangs and a stock m3. Didn't meet the m3 owner, but the mustang guys were all cool to talk to. Surprisingly enough, they even knew what the d on my 335d stood for
