M3 Secondary Cat Delete (X-pipe) - will it fail MOT Emission?

As title suggests, will removing secondary cat fail MOT emission tests?

Also does it have sensors on to through a CEL?

Pass with no primary cat?! Wow.

Another point, does it smell badly with no secondary cat? Or smoke?
