Multiple Cylinder Misfire

EDIT:
Decided tonight to test my car a little bit and see whats wrong.
Hard 3rd pull and around 5k RPM get these codes:
29CC Misfire, several Cyls
29CD Misfire, Cyl. 1
29CE Misfire, Cyl. 2
29CF Misfire, Cyl. 3

Is it possible that all those cylinders just went out like that? Search results came up foggy.

Also, I have a dealership appt for Feb 2... I think I read somewhere that when I take out my JB4 that it takes all the codes with it... true or false?

Prev Post:

Today I noticed that when I shifted from 2-3 and 3-4 at around 5-6k RPM that my car lurches and cant quite find the next gear as fast. I have made an appt with my dealership and its in a month.

Upon slight investigation, when at map 0, no problem shifting. I am guessing its a turbo issue. I have turbo whine and had a HPFP code a few weeks ago. Cleared and hasnt come back. Will be taking mods off to go to the dealership and will try and get the codes back (usually comes up at about 130 mph and 5 or 6 gear...)

Extra Info: Auto, Running map 5, DCI, couldnt find much in search...

That almost sounds like the transmission is slipping on the upshift. This is an automatic, right? But if it's totally fine at stock boot levels, I doubt you'll get it fixed under warranty. A bad HPFP is another story.

I am going to the drag strip on the 25th and gonna have it stock and gonna try and recreate the problem. But that was only 1 pull on stock to see if it does the same. I got time to figure it out

Seems like the problem is isolated to one "bank"..

I think there is an issue with ONE of the turbos because of this....what do you think?

It definitely sounds that way. I am getting excessive clicking in the engine bay and the turbo whine of death until it reaches about 200F...

If they end up replacing the turbos (which the wastegates have been replaced about 10k miles ago) should I tell em to use new parts or will they not be able to recognize that request?

They should be able to work with you....assuming you have CPO and warranty you will be ok...Just let you service advisor know about the warranty on the wastegates (8 yr/84k i think) and let him know that you came in before for issues with the same thing....If you got a good enough relationship with him he should be able to help you get the problematic turbo replaced at the minimum and hopefully for your sake both while they are at it..Good luck...if they dont help you out take it to another dealership...They will even tow it from your house so you dont have to do any work lol
