Pulling codes and logging data
Gents,
I've had the misfortune of experiencing the misfire/limp-mode issues that frequent the N54. Thinking in the long term, I need to find/buy a good logging/code pulling solution, so that when I get around to tuning, I can diagnose problems like this immediately, on my own. I'm leaning towards the Cobb tune and, I'm aware of it's capabilities with logging data and pulling codes. However, I want a device that can do data logging and pull codes from any car, not just cars that Cobb has developed tunes for. Considering that, do you guys think it's worthwhile to buy a standalone OBDII scan tool with logging or, should I just buy the Accessport? Thanks. |
