Wheels setup

Hey getting ready to pull the trigger on some Alufelgen CS7's. I'm sick of searching so thought i would ask the quick question. The setup i found is

18x8.5 et40
18x9.5 et35

I will be running 225/40 and 255/35 tires.

Do you guys see any issues with fitment? I ran the calculator 12mm less on the strut side for the front, the rear is 11mm less on the strut and extend an extra 15mm toward the fender. I have an 06 330i with sport suspension.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Depends how flush with fender you want the wheels to be?
You won't have any issues with those specs, but its not flush with fender.

I wouldn't buy the wheels with those specs, but thats just my opinion.
You probably end up asking spacer sizes later.

I would buy 18x8.5 et20 front and 18x9.5 et20 rear. Only modification you might need is mild fender roll to rear, but because you aren't that low you don't probably need even that.

Here is one with 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with offset around 20.

Another example with 18x8.5 et20 and 18x9.5 et20 rear
