Question Are these fair prices for brake pads, air filter, and ac filter?

Note that these are all OEM parts.

Brake pads:
Rear - $65 + tax
Front - $35 + tax
Installation - $100

Air filter:
$25 + tax
Installation - $15

AC Filter:
$37 + tax
Installation - $15

I know that you can self install these, but I wouldn't be able to. Also, he said he is giving a good price on the parts, so the installation kind of balances out.

Looks like a steal of a deal.

Looks like a steal of a deal.
As long as those are OEM parts and you can trust the labor to be done correctly .
That would easily be 300 to 500 in labor even at a Indy.
You might be able to do a little better on the brake pads but not much.

Brake pad install is way below what anyone I know would charge. Airfilter and AC microfilter are but 1 minute jobs so that is up to you.
All in all a very good price on parts and labor...

Seems hard to believe those are oem parts. You sure they are not oem equivalent parts?

I'm sure that these are OEM. This is a mechanic who works for an auto body shop which deals with high-end vehicles (Lamborghini, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, etc.). On the weekends, he works out of his garage at home. He is ordering the parts through work.

He is a good friend of a friend, so I think I can trust him.
