Bad Intermediate shaft?? Help!

hi, so recently my car has been making kind of a clunking noise when i turn the wheel either left or right and the wheel tends to feel really heavy and bind up, as if i had no power steering. The wheel will bind and then feel as if its jammed,if i turn it past that point it will clunk and have a difficult time returning to center. I have recently soaked the u joint on the intermediate shaft with WD40 over night and the ext day the issue was gone. It came back a few days after. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!
I'm on the moly! (Liqui moly of course)
