Lowering Springs...Tein, H&R, or Eibach?
which ones are best? i know they're all relatively near each other in terms of price but which ones are the highest quality?

they say that the H&r's can work with the stock sport suspension. any truth to this? will it kill the shocks in the long term?

H&R Sports will work with the stock sport suspension on an e92, there was an issue on e46's but thats not the case on any of the e90 models.

I've been running S. Techs on oem suspension for 15k miles and 63k miles on the suspension. No problems whatsoever.

I had h&r race for like 4 months before getting coilovers. Great aggresive drop and pretty good quality ride
