Flanges and DIY turbo fabrication parts update - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Since it seems so many people are going the DIY route. We decided to try to help you guys out and create a line up of things that should make your life easier. We already have the flanges and Feeds, and are now going to produce, water inlet and outlet plugs, Water inlets and outlets with -6 AN fittings, drain plugs, and drains with -10 AN fittings. This is an addition to considering getting an additional drawing made of our flange to go with our existing CAD drawing and cut them out of thicker SS (or any material you choose) and just have them machined down so the flange and insert are one piece, essentially a billet flange. Saves time and effort on welding etc. This also assures the flange never sees any heat until the Els are welded to it, as we have our flanges water cut, not laser cut. I will keep you guys posted on these things as they happen

This is really cool of you guys to do this for the community! Everything is so over priced for these cars... Good Job :-)

I want to get a Custom Intake Manifold made... Can you guys also provide Intake Manifold Flanges in Aluminum?
