WTT: Chrome window Trims for Black Window Trims
Hello everyone, as the title said I'm interested in black window trims. I could either trade mine for yours or just buy yours. I live in Charlotte. I want to black out my E92 CPE. if anyone interested please PM me. Thank you

Hey I would suggest maybe just gloss black wrapping it. In the DIY section they have a couple write-ups, or you could take it to a place that does vehicle wrapping and they could do it for you.
You could order the vinyl from : http://www.bmwshadowline.com/ and here is one DIY http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ht=window+trim

One standard roll from them should be plenty. The trim going above the window uses the full width but you can actually cut the width in half for the trim below the windows. Eliminates waste in case you need to redo some pieces

I want to say I ordered 3" but I'd have to check once i get home, and yes just clean very well with rubbing alcohol and make sure to clean the inner edges where the trim folds into.
Try doing the trim under the window first since it's straight and one width it will be easier to get a feel for it if you've never vinyl-ed before. |
