Got this from a fellow gun enthusiast, who found it on Ruger's website. It took me less than 2 minutes to complete & send.

Look on the right side of the page; click on the blue box that says: 'Take Action Now!'.

About 10 minutes later, I got a confirmation from Ruger that all my elected representatives had been emailed:
