Nice Marcel...very nice! I bet you're glad to see the fruits of your hard work and patience on this car. Having experienced this car as a passenger, I can vouch that it's simply as good as this article and the pictures imply!

Now, is that your ugly mug actually driving it in those pics Yes.....I believe it is!!

Thanks mate! Looking forward to see that new Merc of yours as well - and do some laps on the 'Ring! (with my car that is, I know...).

Ugly???! Well you know Ant had to take the pictures, so I had to drive it! Scared some people near to us, by the way...and yes Andrew, a car is there to be driven! Not to wash it every day, put it in the garage and then 6 weeks later buy a new one!

Thanks a lot to all of you for your enthusiastic feedback! I'm really happy I got the opportunity to put the car on display like this, and that I was allowed to use the Luxembourg Philharmonie as a background. Combines fast cars and music!

Fantastic review of what is arguably the best of the best in terms of modified E9x's.

A well deserved plaudit Marcel, and well overdue.

I've read all of Marcels threads on here, and seen the car evolve over the last couple of years.

Well done Sir

In September mate ? Yeah I am happy to do that Ant mate, if anything comes up where you need a standard E46 M3 (buyers guide etc) please don't hesitate to contact me. The same again for an E61 M5 tourer,

Are we having a Ring trip then?

I'm not going on my own but I'd go as a convoy. Could tack it onto the end of my road trip round France/Belgium - I think it's in June.

Not seen that however I do know that power can be gained using e85 however it can't just be run instead of gasoline - there are several changes you would need to do to the engine and fuel system to run E85.

I wouldn't run it on it's own, probably a 50:50 mix with petrol although there are some people that run their cars on 100% e85 in the States. Heard cold starting is an issue though. There's no reasonably priced supplier anyway so I probably won't get the chance to use it.
