quick opinion on new car decision
I suddenly find myself driving quite a bit more these days (17k/year). Thus, I am looking for something more efficient than my 17 mpg car. I do want a sedan that is AWD or FWD. My short list:
Any thoughts? |

gas efficient= hybrid. I had to drive around the Fusion as a rental when my car was in the shop (non hybrid), feels like something my grandma should drive... What about the Lexus CH hatch? I have a friend that just got one over the summer, pretty sporty until you drive it. As good as a hybrid's going to get though.
If performance is a factor I'd vote 320d xdrive... Though I believe if you're getting a 3 it should be a RWD not xDrive. AWD= Quattro IMO. |

For what it's worth, my Audi A4 averaged about 35mpg highway, and that included wheels that weighed around 40lb's each (although being a stock, un-chipped A4 it was slow as shit compared to most, if not all BMW's).
