pretty much like everyone said, for that price pass. I bought a car that had been in an accident, and I did it for the savings. Cars can be repaired properly, and I haven't had a single problem.

I prefer not to buy a car that was involved in an accident unless you 1st get it inspected by a mechanic and going to keep the car until it dies (hard to resell it). But for that price might as well look at this 09 xi for $21,900 that was involved in an accident http://exotic-motors.ebizautos.mobi/detail-2009-bmw-3_series-328i_xdrive_sedan-used-9799051.html
If no codes are being thrown use Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner (concentrate). It solves rpm fluctuating upon cold start-up. Also, for most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the Peake Research Tool. It contains the actual BMW codes. If you want to register a newly installed battery for free (just buy a $10 cable) and google/download BMWLogger

It could mean it was a service loaner. You have ask questions however. I drove a different car brand and was told it was a "executive car". After further discussions it was discovered the car was used for a pool of executives- basically a loaner for bosses, so it still gets abused IMO and I wouldn't buy a car like that.

As far as the crash, if the dealer serviced the car and it was in their fleet, ask them to produce some info about what was replaced. If they want to sell it, they will provide the info. Good luck. And fwiw that price is too high IMO.

too much money for a vehicle has been in an accident. you can find another one for that amount of money. just look around you will find much better deals.

car looks very clean.
If you can get it checked from a good body shop guy, that will help.
I would quote much lower price, say $25k. If they negotiate, buy it, otherwise keep looking.
