E90 keyfob in F30 keyfob case?

Anyone tried using the E90 keyfob in the F30 keyfob leather case? I believe the F30 case is larger since the key is larger than the E90's.

The pin doesn't even fit into the key and even if you made it fit it doesn't sit far enough back to slide in correctly.

I tried also and it didn't fit. The pin like mentioned above doesnt go through the keys hole.

unless "possibly" you MacGyver something out of it like sand the pin down
