I think for first 2 years you get inspection as pass no matter what, mines 2012 and I have catless downpipes I recently passed my inspection, all I did was pay for the sticker he didn't even check my car or plug anything in he said first 2 years or whatever are always a pass( if vehicle is new ) 2011-2012
