I want to sell my active autowerk intercooler that is the first generation of intercooler, which was larger then the current generation of AA intercoolers. i believe this one is called the "race version" according to AA, but the main difference was that this generation of intercoolers where much taller. make me a some what reasonable offer.

i currently still have it on the car, but as you can see in this picture i have removed the motor so it wouldn't be difficult for me to remove it for you

also have a sport steering $110

Motor needs to be replaced. Ya things just keep going wrong with it, but the final part that I've been waiting for should be in so it won't be long after till she running again.

perhaps because he doesn't know how much needs to be cut

i just did my HPF last thursday and here is a picture to give you an idea how much needs to be cut ((((keep in mind is different style IC))))

in the case of the IC being sold by the OP, i think you need to do a lot more cutting.

I was just trying to help you out you don't have to come back with a douche response. And yes I can answer the question because I just installed the same intercooler in my car last week that's why I put the link so you can see how much you need to cut. Yes you need to cut a lot of the plastic but it is not needed.

I swear some people here are retarded

I had the same IC & it worked & looked great

the plastic shroud that needs to be cut is useless after installing this IC since it comes with its own shroud

I know it's useless plastic but I'm trying to figure how easy it would be to revert to stock if I traded or sold the car. Anyways, my AA (race) should be here tomorrow!

You should buy mine and sell yours since its new in the box. It will save you a little money since their both identical. Going back to after installing this is even easier I believe

I'll text you today...AA hosed me and took my money on Tuesday and told me they items were on the shelf and ready to ship but it's been crickets since. They don't answer the phone or return voice mails so I'll be calling my bank this morning and reversing the charges and will not be purchasing anything from them. As far as buying a new one 'locally' versus a new one...Miami is about 5-6 hours from me (not really local) and that's where the OP and AA both are.
