Coded bmw alarm, but....

just coded my alarm and the hood pin switch, ultrasonic module still dont work, any suggestions? Oh and the panic alarm works but when the car is unlocked i cant pop my trunk with the fob, the alarm just goes off, is this normal???

How long are you holding the button? If it's .5 - 1 second it'll unlock the trunk, but more than 3 seconds and it'll sound the alarm.
