Chirping Sound - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I am wondering if anyone of you have face the issue which i am facing.
There is a chirping sound coming from passenger side behind the dash.
This happens only when the AC is on and most of the time when i am braking.

i promise there is no bird nest under the hood

Rusted blower motor. Remove it and grease it up, or replace it. Its located in front of glove box.
