Welding exhaust while on car - anything special to watch for?

Other than clamping close to the work and disconnecting the battery?

Who has welded on their car? Any problems?
Seems most exhaust shops do nothing in regards to this when welding on a car.

Just wondering if BMWs are extra sensitive to this.

I'll be TIG welding, btw.
