i think he means the search function inside of the bimmerpost app.

yeah I think your right, the bimmer app sucks that way, others similar apps have the same issue. Makes finding things fast on a mobile app a pain.

Why not use the browser? With the HW in these phones, faux-G (or perhaps LTE if you're not poorly located), and the advanced browsers, these dedicated apps with less features than the full site are starting to become much less useful.

I guess the iPhone screens aren't the biggest though, so maybe full browsers are a bit harder to use. But since we're talking about the iPad....

it's the same way on the iphone app. Sucks big nuts IMO. I just end up sitesearch: e90post (what you're searching for) in google.

The page looks fine in web form on the tablets... I only use the app for my phone.

Yeah e90 is usually first page of a google search. I just enjoy using apps out of simplicity, and search is major on here!

Come on guys, I know how to find the general ipad search
