Referring a customer. Any "kickback"
A friend is going to buy a new X1 from the salesman I've bought my two Bimmers from.
Is there customer referral $ coming my way? Not really sure if I'm phrasing it properly. TIA

yes there is, around $300
its a official thing actually, if your sales guy says no, tell me I can refer your friend and get you $300 to a dealer I know. I do not think this apply to used vehicles tho. |

i asked abt this once since my family has referred 7 different ppl to the same sales at a benz dealer, bottom line is yes u do get referral fee, around $300 per customer, but it will be clearly written on the papers the customer signs stating "referral fee - $300"

Another quick question. Do they send you a cheque? Or is it a "store credit?"
