White Oily substance - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

I was driving for 10 min and was unable to check how much oil. The clock saying that it was checking oil level stayed on. So when I went to go to add a quart of oil I found this on the oil cap. Maybe it's from the cold temperatures?
And finally after adding a quart and driving for awhile it only showed a quarter.

Are you asking if someone jizzed in your engine? Just kidding. water condensation because of short trips or head gasket problem.

I only violate Audi's and Benzes, sometimes a Honda if I need a cheap and reliable date.
