Like the guy said above, maybe if you raise hell. However, they are normally only allowed to do it to correct a problem like misfires or a very rough idle, not "just because".

I have 93,000 miles on my 07 335i and i'm getting a dip in the rpms @ idle (rough idling) how much do you guys charge for the blast.
