Actually $250 shipped isn't that much of a lowball offer considering these go for around $380+OBO new and they are known for accepting offers of $300 shipped..new.

I just got an email from Frank @ PLM stating the best they can do is $300 shipped so that deal is still valid and not a "long time ago" good luck getting retail for used pipes.
