OEM 220m on a E90 335i M Sport

I used search but there seems to be a lot of conflicting information out there. I found a reasonable priced set of M3 - 220 style wheels for sale locally. Will I have to roll rear fenders to prevent rubbing if I put these on my 335i M sport?
My existing wheel gap seems to be nill right now, so not sure how much more I can stuff in there.
