Outer ring on my Angel Eyes no bright enough

I recently purchased the LUX Angel Eyes set up and they look sick. However, my outer rings on my lights are not as bright as the inner ones. Does anyone know if I could purchase anything to make the outer ring just as bright as the inner ring?

This is normal w/ all LCI's. It's especially worse in day light. At night, it's not so bad. Your only option is to get full LED OSS rings.

Yep, like others have said, its the inherent design of the pre-lci AE. The outer rings will never be as bright as the inners. Along with that, both rings will never be as bright during the day as their LCI, LED counterparts.

The only way is to get full LED replacements.

Thanks for the input, is there anything I can do to make the outer rings brighter? Replacing the bulb? I see a lot of 09 BMW's I'm not sure what they did but their rings are really bright.

Like we said, no. This is in the design of the light tubes of the AEs. Replacing the bulbs with LED bulbs will make it slightly brighter, but you'll still notice that the outer rings will not be as bright as the inner ones.

A lot of the ones you see on this forum might have had a WHOLE led ring change. This means they took the whole AE out and instead of the light tubes, replaced it with a circle full of LEDs. Please research OSS or bav x headlights.

This is the most common topic on this forum. Wish people would do some research before they shelled out big bucks on a bulb.

Unfortunately OP, there's nothing you can do. It's a lack of design by BMW having one bulb illuminating two rings. Only solution is to have LED ring replacement.

As mentioned above this is normal, no plug and play will be able to solve that problem .
