why do you think its "burnt"

Is it just the mirror glass that does not move?...do you hear the motor trying to move the glass when you push the button? No sound at all?

Check to be sure your selector switch is fully engaged left or right and you can move your mirror glass (just a little for a test) by gently pressing on it...

The fuse is either in and or behind the glove box, or under the hood next to the cabin filter, right guys?

more details, please

JP

one day my folding mirror didn't unfold when i opened the car (it was coded)
when i pressed the button inside the car didn't work as well. next day it worked perfectly. I'm assuming that the cause was the weather....

my friend play the remote control to open and close the side mirror, continuous for 10 times..... suddenly it didnt move, and no sound at all.

so, i assume the fuse is burnt.

After overnight, the mirror suddenly function as normal again. Dont know if BMW have overheat protection...

Anyway, thanks very much
