It's recommended you change your color on your registration, but you may or may not get a ticket depending on where you are. I can't say cause I don't live everywhere, but it also depends on the law enforcement officer.

I've always wanted to wrap my car in a frozen Burnt Red color. Like a very very dark blood red with a frozen look. Wonder if it's ever been done or the color even exists

I've 'heard' $3-5k? I've also 'heard' $1500 across the border and apparently they use 3M as well.

The quality of your installer will determine the life of your wrap.

Material warranty/life expectancy is as low as 3/7 years.
