clutch noise below -10C/14F

this is regarding my 2011, 335i, 6MT

my car sit in my heated garage during night, when I leave home on the morning everything is normal, no noise.

My car sit outside at my job for 10-12hr, if temperature is bellow 14F/-10C, my clutch is real loud. I can hear the clutch turn and rub loudly in the flywheel when the car move (nothing on neutral). Around 14F it can last 5 min until the car start to warm. On the coldest day this winter (-31F) it lasted 25 min.

Any opinion on this?

I also noticed that if I press the clutch the rpm go up a little and when I depress it goes down? Is this normal?

Beside this, it shift normaly and it grab.
