Does 16x7 ET20 225/55/16 fit E90 LCI?

I've found a cheap set of winter wheels, brand new from a E39/E60.

Planing to put them on my 320d 2010.

Are they going to fit without rubbing?

I don't think rubbing will be the issue with suspension parts, it's whether the wheel fits over your caliper and rotor. That really depends on the 320's rotor and caliper size and the wheels' specifications.
