RPM's fly to Redline when WOT???

This has been happening for the past 2 weeks. I have an 09 E92 335i FBO with inlets/outlets running MHD E40 Map V6. It was running fine and then one day I went WOT and it screamed to redline in a split second (almost as if the clutch was slipping). I have an upgraded ACT HD clutch and flywheel so I know that's not it, however it does not seem to want to hold boost under WOT. Just replaced 3.5 bar T-map sensor and adapter.

If I give it three quarters throttle, I see 17+ psi just fine.

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Thanks in advance!

if you are 6MT and you are in gear. and go full throttle and the RPM's shoot up but the car doesn't accelerate in correlation to the speed the RPM's rise. your clutch is slipping, or your tires are spinning.

RPMs going to redline is pretty much what's supposed to happen at WOT.

Car engages and accelerates fine until gauge flies to redline in which I'm then coasting. Car does not continue accelerating when this happens. Again, this only happens at WOT. 3/4 throttle seems to be holding fine. :/

As mentioned, something is slipping. The only two things that can slip in your MT are the clutch and the tires.

This. Clutch or tires. If you are driving with the traction control on, then it is your clutch.

its your clutch. it can no longer hold the power level youre at. Hence why its fine when you arent giving it full throttle.
