New member here. Pics of my 2007 6mt 335i Black Sapphire/Coral red!!

Have been lurking/learning on here for a little while. Was over on E46fanatics.com had a nice 325ci. It was fun for a while but decided it was time to upgrade to the 335i!

My wife and I flew out to New York to pick up the car. We did a little road trip on the way home! Stayed/partied at Turning Stone Casino, then Niagara Falls Seneca Casino. We'd never seen the falls before, pretty sweet.

Anyway on to the car!

Car has premium, sport, cold weather, & comfort access package! It came with some upgrades already installed too!

- Alpine HID angel eyes (Looks like 6k to me, what do you guys think?)

-Black Sapphire Metallic/Coral Red with aluminum trim! The color combo looks awesome but I might switch it up. Thinking about painting the trim to match the black sapphire metallic exterior. Or maybe jet black or vinyl wrap black.

- AC Schnitzer pedals including dead pedal

- OEM Aero lip. Will be painting the lower grills matte black once spring rolls around.

- All interior/exterior lights upgraded to LED

- It's tinted all around. Not sure what percent it is. I think it looks just right. Not too dark, easy to see out of the windows. Dark enough where it ads something to the car. You can't see in the car very well unless it's bright out.

-Has the back-up sensors which is cool. They work great but they look faded. The guy I bought it from said he was going to paint them for me before I came to pick up the car but he punked out. Also said he'd include floor mats and over-night the title to me and so on and so forth. Didn't come through on a lot of his promises. (Wouldn't recommend doing business with Unique Auto Plaza in Albany New York. Promise a lot. Deliver just enough to get you out the door with the car.)

Some bonus pics. I owned 2 BMW's for about a week HaHa Sold the 325ci this past Saturday. Sad to see it go because I liked it and put a lot of work into it. Helps to have the 335i already

Damn snow ruined my photoshoot opportunity. Didn't have enough time to clean them both up and drive them somewhere cool to take shots. Oh well

Yep it's a stock front end on the 325ci. Only thing I changed was the black grill, black front reflectors, changed out amber turn bulbs etc. little stuff

I looked at the angel eyes closely again and for some reason they look more yellow in the pics, whiter in person. If these are 4300 I might switch it up and see what 6k or 8k looks like. I want them to be more toward the very white with very small hint of blue color range. Do the Alpine HID's come in 4300k?

It has 61k miles. Got it for ~$21,850 out the door. The reason I bought this car over others is because all the aftermarket/extras it has added up into the thousands $$$. Features that I wanted and mods that were already done to the car, were almost exactly what I wanted so I was willing to pay a little more. You can definitely find better deals out there on some really nice cars. For instance a 2007 335i Space Grey with Black Dakota interior, Premium, Sport, Cold Weather package, about 56k miles I think for $18,999. I kept looking that car, and some others online for weeks and even months. But I couldn't get myself to like them enough to buy. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, and this one was!

I would definitely like to get some LCI tails. Love the way they look. I need to figure out what FRM module I have. I want to code in the 'welcome lights' feature so when I hit the remote my angel eyes come on. My angel eyes are already set as my daytime running lights. Don't you have to have an FRM2 to do that? From what I remember you need an FRM3 to do the LCI tails? If I need to buy a new FRM to code in the angel eyes as welcome lights I would probably just go straight to buying the FRM3 so I can later add the LCI tails. I'm a newb when it comes to coding these cars. I've been searching for a good post that is like intro to coding for dummies HaHa

For sure. Before I even bought the car I was researching for months what I want to do with it. It already has a lot of the cosmetic mods I wanted so that puts me ahead of the game. Plan to enjoy the car as is for a short while. Once I get the itch (Probably spring) I'll be getting JB4. Might do DCI's but I've heard mixed reviews. DCI Vs. stock airbox etc. If I stick with stock airbox I'll probably do the "Mr. 5 Intake mod" and slap a better filter in there. Eventually I'm sure I won't be able to resist doing downpipes. The power you can get out of this car for relatively cheap is one of the reasons I wanted it so bad. I loved my 325ci, but missed the power I had in some of my older cars that were supercharged from the factory.
