So I've been lurkin around on here for the days and posted a few pics and what not.
Been hunting for a new car for way to long(about a year). I finally found what I was looking for about 3 weeks ago.
Drove up to Santa Maria in a friends e30 with him to scope it out, liked what I saw had an inspection done and all come back well. Worked the guy down on the price and drove it home. Having never drove manual before it was a bit of an adventure but I got it home in one piece.
First or business was getting wheels which I picked up off the beemer forum and off I went.

Updates will be made when things come up...

Wheel spec as of right now. 265/30-19 rear. 245/35-19 front.

Took like 10 minutes to get into my driveway with my car only being on H&R springs...

Yeah about those damn coilovers. 4 hours later, driver side rear was installed and it was dark... Caleed it a night
Tomorrow I should getting the other 3 corners in though.

Thankfully I don't as I normally park on the street but yes it is a real pain in the arse to get in and out of.

Just a quick pic I took last night after the coils were installed (max height front and rear FYI).

Negative. If I wanted to get into my driveway now I would have to take the jack up to the street pull of the wheels spin down the coils and then put the wheels back on just to get into the driveway.

With regards to the tint I have no clue. It was on the car when I bought it.

On another note I got over having stock exhaust and I just dont want to spend the money on a nice complete exhaust or even and axle back or cat back because my car is slow as it is and 8 hp really doesnt mean shit to me anyways.
So.... I went another route.
I'll try and get a vid of how it sounds sometime this weekend.
