I'm wondering if it's a good replacement for the stock one?

Anybody knows?

Those are okay. The best part of those kits you showed me are the adapter blocks. You will need one of those to run any non oem cooler. The cooler themselves look like junk, and if you have the money buy a new or used setrab oil cooler. They are top of the line. The adapter block can be bought separately. Let me know if you need more details or clarification.

Or you can tap the housing for cheap and thread in your fittings like i did
i used a 3/8 npt tap and cutting fluid. it was easy as hell. the extra brass fitting lets me run my oil pressure sensor for my gauge.

i just went crazy and did a custom install so that eliminates the need for an expensive adapter. it was not my idea to tap however i got the idea from a user here i believe.

Those kit still require there retrofit kit if you dont have an oil cooler stock right?
