All depends on the roads, way you drive, make of tyre ect. 8k seems very low, I'd expect about 12,500 out of mine.

Have 18,300 on my current 18'RFT's and believe it or not still looking good..Conservative on the back roads but pick my spots on highways but no crazy cornering that's for sure.12,000 at least fairly reasonable,thanks

I got 20K on back and 25k on front 18" rft's...Now I have Mich PSS's and love it. I have seen the 19" and think the curvature make the rim look different than the 18"-not better or worse, just different.
The idea of having very little rubber around my wheels and supporting my car was cool 10 years ago when people were using 26" rims...now I'm looking for practical street wise, cost wise, comfort, performance, etc. |

the 18's have more rubber between the rim and the road.
just like the 19 have less rubber. But the diamiters are the same, so it will fill the wheel well the same on each. this info was per Tire Rack.

If you are going to run alloys then 18's are the way to go. If you can drop the money and get some good quality forged wheels then definitely go 19's.
